Release Tension From The Shoulders
Our shoulders are busy parts of the body!
The shoulders help us carry, push, pull, lift up, reach… they are even connected to breathing. It makes sense, how our shoulders could become tense. Consider your posture throughout the day: are your arms in front of your body more than they are behind you? Do you sleep on your side? Do you have STRESS in your life (this is a trick question- because we all experience stressI) Emotions can “store” in the body via muscle memory/nervous system memory. This course is designed to give you practical and time-efficient tools to release tension from your shoulders so you can continue doing what YOU like & love to do in life, with less tension and stress.
