  • IAYT certification offers acknowledgment to yoga therapists who meet or surpass a defined set of criteria. This serves as a quality assurance system in which a reputable, impartial peer assessment process grants public recognition to extensively trained yoga therapists.

  • Instructors have the option to enroll as an E-RYT 500 when they have effectively finished a 500-hour yoga teacher training program that is officially registered with Yoga Alliance and have accumulated a minimum of four years of teaching experience following the completion of training with a 200-hour Registered Yoga School (RYS).

  • YACEP, which stands for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider®, represents a Yoga Alliance recognition for individuals who offer ongoing education programs. Being a YACEP allows you to instruct courses that will be recognized as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
