“When you can connect with your body through yoga asana and pranayama (the breath), you begin to develop trust within your body, as you begin to know yourself through the vehicle of yoga. Self respect develops. Within trusting yourself with a deep connection to the body, you can rewire your belief systems and create magnificent shifts within your life. When you own your breath, nothing else can own you. No situation, person, or perception. “
